ABSTRACT

            The aim of this research is to determine the technical aspects of catfish stick processing production, analyze the profit value of the catfish stick processing business and analyze the feasibility of the catfish stick processing business based on the Revenue Cost Ratio criteria. This research was carried out from July 2023 to May 2024 at the Amanah 32 Bengkuring Joint Business Group, East Sempaja Village, North Samarinda District. The type of research data uses quantitative data and primary data is obtained from interviews using questionnaires. This research method uses the case study method. The research results show that the income value is very small at Rp. 63,366,- and the RCR value = 1. The results of business analysis using the RCR criteria show that the catfish stick processing business in the Joint Amanah 32 Bengkuring Business Group is at the break-even point where the business does not experience profits and make a loss.
